Meet Dr. Vicky Matayoshi - Houston, TX

Dr. Matayoshi is a general and cosmetic dentist serving the Greater Houston area. She is dedicated to improving the quality of life, both the physical and emotional well-being of her patients, through oral health sciences and the art of dentistry. As a clinician, she focuses on tailoring comprehensive treatment plans to meet her patients’ specific needs. At every visit, she strives to deliver care in the most effective and gentle way possible.

As a practitioner, Dr. Matayoshi prioritizes continuous improvement through continuing education and hands-on experience, keeping herself up to date with the modern techniques and technology. She is an active member of the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD).

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Matayoshi enjoys hanging out with her family and friends. She is a mother of two children. She also enjoys traveling, working out and playing the piano.
Dr. Matayoshi earned degrees in Supply Chain and Logistics Technology and Biochemical & Biophysical Sciences with high honors at the University of Houston. She obtained her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of Texas Health San Antonio School of Dentistry, an internationally recognized institution.
